What if the value of my Golf Gift Voucher at Murray Downs Resort is less than the cost of the experience?

If you are purchasing something that costs less than the value of your Golf Gift Voucher then the remaining amount will be credited to your account for use towards another experience at a later date.

What if my Golf Gift Voucher is about to expire and I haven't chosen an experience?

When will my Murray Downs golf gift voucher be dispatched?

Gift vouchers ordered online or over the phone before 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day. Gift vouchers ordered after 12 noon, will be issued and dispatched on the following (working) day. Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public or bank holidays. If a gift voucher is ordered after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.

What are the Terms & Conditions?

• Australian golf gift vouchers at Murray Downs Resort are available in denominations of $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $250, $500, and $1000. 2 Night golf gift voucher for two people are $500, 5 Night golf gift vouchers for two people are $1,010 and The Ultimate Luxury Spa 5 Night Golf Gift Voucher for Two People is $1,140.
• Vouchers will be dispatched within two working days of order. • Vouchers are not available on a sale or return basis and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the order delivered is incorrect in value/voucher denomination or number, the client must notify Murray Downs Resort within three working days of receipt. Non-delivery or suspected non-delivery must be notified as soon as possible.
• Murray Downs golf resort golf gift vouchers may be transferred from one person to another without restriction, but may not be exchanged for cash, or similar.
• Vouchers may be used as whole or part payment for any Murray Downs Resort golf package or overnight stay. If the value of the booking(s) is less than that of the voucher(s), Murray Downs Resort regret no cash refund can be made on any balance unused. If the value of the booking(s) is more than that of the vouchers, you can pay the extra amount by credit card in advance and/or when checking out at Murray Downs Resort.
• Vouchers must be redeemed by 12 months of purchase date.
